Our History
Atoza Musicians Consultancy was incorporated in the year 2021. It has been successfully directed under the inspiration of God and Ms. Júfran Baptiste, who is a qualified Entrepreneur & Musician for over 21 years. The Originator, Ms. Baptiste has represented the Nation of The Republic of Trinidad and Tobago diversely & portrays her love for the country’s National Instrument by ministering & performing at numerous charitable/ non-charitable events. Additionally, she invests in the lives of youths through empowerment and tutoring Music Arts.
The Consultancy currently facilitates students ranging from the ECCE level to the Elderly. We support a combination of needs through Academic Music Tutoring (theory & practical musicianship), music ministry training, recording projects and preparation for stage performances or simply playing Music as a hobby and for therapeutic purposes. With the Steelpan leading as the primary instrument, one of Atoza’s focuses has always been about promoting national patriotism & innovation.
Atoza aspires to become one of the leading Music Colleges established from the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago with a supporting team of skillful, anointed and multi-talented Music Tutors/ Consultants. Our goal- Musical excellence, positivity and healing to those we serve.

“Atoza’s house of music”, so I would call it, has been a tremendous experience for me and I am grateful to share my journey. It’s like being apart of another family. I began steelpan classes with no other than Ms. Júfran Baptiste in 2021 and from that day onward, I knew that by me starting classes with her, was the work of our lord and savior, Jesus Christ. She has been teaching in ways I comprehend quite easily, very patient with me while learning both music theory and practical steelpan. A lesson that would stick with me for life would be to always practice! She stresses practicing because it is key to enhancing my skill. Miss would always encourage me to keep playing and to never give up. Whenever I’m asked to play at functions and I become nervous, she never seized to give me a word of inspiration. I’m honored to be under her leadership and guidance as I continue to grow, not just musically, but spiritually.
